“The Keystone Cops”
A.) Specifically, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls seeing a picture of what he believes to be a (model year) 1958 Chevrolet automobile on the front page of either the June 01, 2009 or the June 02, 2009 edition of the New York Times newspaper.
1. As such, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls visiting Morris Cochran’s4 home in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania with his father (or Charles Henry Armstrong, Sr.) at some point in time between the Fall in the year 1957 and the Fall in the year 1959.
a.) Further, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls that Morris Cochran then owned a 1958 Chevrolet Impala automobile with a 348 cid (or cubic inch diameter) engine and a “Turboglide” automatic transmission.
b.) Now, during the course of Morris Cochran’s conversation with “Rusty Armstrong” (and most likely with Charles Henry Armstrong, Sr. as well), he (or Morris Cochran) mentions that, “This car [or the Impala] has so much power it can climb that telephone pole over there!!”B.) Further, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls going for a short ride with Morris Cochran in his 1963 Chevrolet Corvette (convertible, bronze exterior color, 327/250 [cid/bhp] engine, 4 speed manual transmission) most likely in the year 1964 or in the year 1965.
1. As such, as Morris Cochran is driving his Corvette East [?] on Route 30 away from (or East [?] of) Laughlintown, Pennsylvania (or heading toward Laurel Mountain), “Rusty Armstrong” recalls a tractor-trailer truck passing by the Corvette heading West [?] on Route 30 toward Laughlintown.
2. A brief while latter, “Rusty Armstrong” detects an odor inside the Corvette and asks Morris Cochran what that odor may be. Morris Cochran responds that the odor may be “burning brakes.” “Rusty Armstrong” then comments, “Hopefully, our brakes are not burning!”
3. Now, Morris Cochran states to “Rusty Armstrong”, “There is an old saying. You can never smell your own brakes burning!!”
4. Furthermore, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls Morris Cochran stating (to “Rusty Armstrong”), “If you want more power, you do this!”5C.) To be continued - 09/19/2009 - (Hoover’s Letter to Truman in 1950)
A.) Moreover, this Internet Site Homepage is to be considered as an attachment to the “previous content” of the Internet Site www.littlechristinateddybear.info.
B.) Now, the “previous content” no longer appears on the Internet Site www.littlechristinateddybear.info because “Rusty Armstrong” has been “Homeless” since the month of September in the year 2008 and because “Rusty Armstrong’s” notebook computer and CD-ROM data back-up discs are stolen late in the year 2008 (the computer) and early in the year 2009 (the data back-up discs).1. As such, refer to the “content” of Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 4.) for details of this “theft of personal property.”
A.) An individual (Afro-American male) purporting to be “Security” steals “Rusty Armstrong’s” notebook computer (an Apple I-Book G4) late in the month of October in the year 2008 while “Rusty Armstrong” is “standing on line” for dinner at the “Open Door” Drop In Center in New York, New York. Subsequently, “Rusty Armstrong” files a “Police Report” with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department concerning the theft of his computer.1. NOTE: “Rusty Armstrong” “understands as being true” that “Security” takes his (or “Rusty Armstrong’s”) notebook computer to either the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department or to the New York Police Department subsequent to the theft.a.) Now, “Rusty Armstrong” can only wonder if his understanding of this “issue” is indeed true.B.) Further, on the 9th day in the month of January in the year 2009, at approximately 08:30 PM, “Rusty Armstrong” is standing in close proximity to the entrance door of the “Open Door” Drop In Center in New York, New York. Now, “Rusty Armstrong” is “Physically Assaulted”[9] by one (or perhaps two) individuals (most likely “Security”) and his (or “Rusty Armstrong’s”) organizer brief (or a computer case with a shoulder strap)[10] is stolen. This “organizer brief” did not contain a notebook computer, however, it did contain the only copy of a complete back-up (on CD-ROM) of “Rusty Armstrong’s” notebook computer that was stolen by “Security” late in the month of October in the year 2008.1. Now, “Rusty Armstrong” asks the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department, et al.[11] 3 questions as follows.a.) An employee of the “Open Door” Drop In Center (First Name: Stanley) tells “Rusty Armstrong” that “he calls the Police” after “Rusty Armstrong” is Physically Assaulted and Robbed. If yes, then why did you not respond to the scene of the crime on January 09, 2009?b.) When “Rusty Armstrong” reports the Physical Assault and Robbery (Armed ?) to one of your Police Officers at the Port Authority Bus Terminal Police Station, why did this Police Officer refuse to complete a “Police Report”[12] for the January 09, 2009 incident?
c.) [When you failed to respond to the scene of the crime on January 09, 2009, were you aware that “Rusty Armstrong” formally requests the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office (in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) to open an “Investigation” pertaining to the “Last Will and Testament” of Charles Henry Armstrong, Sr., Margaret H. Upton, Ann Hayek, and Robert Justice Armstrong / Elizabeth Jo Armstrong?]
A.) On the 27th day in the month of January in the year 2009, a Physician (name unknown - a Caucasian male) at the Institute for Family Health (or the Phillips Family Practice at the address 16 East 16th Street in New York, New York) instructs the New York Fire Department [or FDNY] to transport “Rusty Armstrong” (via ambulance) to the Bellevue Hospital Emergency Room because he (or “Rusty Armstrong”) is infested with “Bugs.”[15]
1. Further, a New York Fire Department [or FDNY] Paramedic [Emergency Medical Technician] (last name is most likely Perez) tells “Rusty Armstrong” that he is being transported to Beth Israel Medical Center instead of Bellevue Hospital because Beth Israel “has a better shower.”
2. Moreover, this same New York Fire Department [or FDNY] Paramedic [EMT] tells “Rusty Armstrong” that Beth Israel (Medical Center) will do blood work “to see if the Bugs made you sick.”
3. Now, “Rusty Armstrong” asks the Beth Israel Medical Center, [et al.16] (the question), “Why did you tell me to leave your emergency room prior to taking a blood sample for laboratory analysis?”a.) [As such, David Scott (GFC Crane Consultants, Inc. - Port Everglades - Broward County, Florida - Year 1994) => The Antibacterial Agent (or Antibiotic) Amoxicillin (a aminopenicillin) AND Bellevue Hospital Center (New York, New York - February, 2009)17 => The Antibacterial Agent (or Antibiotic) Piperacillin (a ureidopenicillin) and Tazobactam for injection.]b.) [Further, the Antibacterial Agent (or Antibiotic) Tetracycline (or Marlin Raymond Bollinger) and / or Bong plus Marijuana (name withheld pursuant to the advice of legal counsel) between the year 1973 and the year 1976 equals Ground Control to “General Rusty” - Your circuit is dead - There is something wrong!!]c.) [While “Rusty Armstrong” is staying at the Bellevue Men’s Shelter in New York, New York (from early in the month of February in the year 2009 through to the end of the month of June in the year 2009), he recalls speaking several times with one of the other Shelter Residents (or “Homeless Larry”).]
[Moreover, during one of their conversations, “Homeless Larry” mentions to “Homeless Rusty Armstrong” that, “You are a General - Always remember that - You don’t have to take any _ _ _ _ (crap) from anyone!”]B.) On the 4th day in the month of February in the year 2009, a Physician (Nadege Coupet, MD) at the Bellevue Shelter Medical Department (at the address 400 East 30th Street in New York, New York) instructs “Rusty Armstrong” to visit the Bellevue Hospital Emergency Room because he (or “Rusty Armstrong”) has (burn) wounds on both of his legs between the knee and the ankle.1. While in the Bellevue Hospital Center (in New York, New York) Emergency Room on the 4th day in the month of February in the year 2009, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls being examined by (more or less) three Emergency Room Physicians.
a.) Further, just prior to being admitted to the hospital, the third Emergency Room Physician (name unknown - a Caucasian male) tells “Rusty Armstrong” that he (or the Physician) wants to examine the wound on his left leg. Subsequently, this Physician states to “Rusty Armstrong” that his (or the Physician’s) examination will cause some pain, but “in the long run it will be worth it.” Or, to quote Tasha Nesbitt18, “No Pain, No Gain!”
b.) Moreover, after examining his left leg wound, the third Emergency Room Physician tells “Rusty Armstrong” that he (or the Physician) does not see any sign of infection “because there is no pus.” This Physician also mentions to “Rusty Armstrong” that “his White Blood Count is 27” and that “we need to figure out what is going on with you!”
NOTE: Another Emergency Room employee (perhaps a Physician) contradicts the third Emergency Room Physician by stating that “Rusty Armstrong’s” White Blood Count is 25.
Now, “This is all very confusing!”2. On the 4th day in the month of February in the year 2009, “Rusty Armstrong” is admitted to Bellevue Hospital Center with a Temperature of 101.7 Degrees F and a White Blood Count of 27.7 10^9/L.

3. Further to Paragraph 12.) of this Declaration [or further to Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) B.) 2.], the Bellevue Hospital Center => Chart Review Print => [Visit Number: 3283488-1] => Unscheduled Surgery Face Sheet => Event Time: Friday, 06 February 2009 at 1221 hours states, “Vancomycin and Zosyn IV started.”
4. “Vancomycin is a glycopeptide antibiotic used in the prophylaxis and treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria. It has traditionally been reserved as a drug of ‘last resort’, used only after treatment with other antibiotics had failed, although the emergence of vancomycin-resistant organisms means that it is increasingly being displaced from this role by linezolid and daptomycin.”
Further, “Vancomycin is indicated for the treatment of serious life-threatening infections by Gram-positive bacteria which are unresponsive to other less toxic antibiotics.”
a.) From: [The Internet Address] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vancomycin.
5. “Zosyn (piperacillin and tazobactam for injection) is an injectable antibacterial combination product consisting of the semisynthetic antibiotic piperacillin sodium and the Beta-lactamase inhibitor tazobactam sodium for intravenous administration.”
Further, “Infections caused by piperacillin-susceptible organisms, for which piperacillin has been shown to be effective, are also amenable to Zosyn treatment due to its piperacillin content. The tazobactam component of this combination product does not decrease the activity of the piperacillin component against piperacillin-susceptible organisms. Therefore, the treatment of mixed infections caused by piperacillin-susceptible organisms and piperacillin-resistant, Beta-lactamase producing organisms susceptible to Zosyn should not require the addition of another antibiotic.”

12. On the 6th day in the month of February in the year 2009, a Bellevue Hospital Center (in New York, New York) Physician (Yuanbin Chen, M.D. ?) and a Social Worker (name unknown - [a Caucasian female]) may attempt to discharge “Rusty Armstrong” from the hospital.
a.) Further, their discharge plan is as follows.
- - Discharge to shelter with po Abx - - Discharge with a cane and a shoe for left foot - - fu dermatology next availableb.) From: Bellevue Hospital Center => Chart Review Print => Visit Number: 3283488-1 => Unscheduled Surgery Face Sheet => Event Time: Friday, 06 February 2009 at 1221 hours.
c.) [When the Physician and the Social Worker were at his bedside discussing the discharge plan, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls the Physician mentioning, “You need to leave here, the sooner the better” and the Social Worker mentioning, “We don’t usually keep homeless people on intravenous antibiotics in the hospital for more than 3 days.”19]
13. While admitted in the Bellevue Hospital Center (in New York, New York), “Rusty Armstrong” recalls being examined by a Physician (name unknown - a Caucasian male and a Bodybuilder) on Monday, the 9th day in the month of February in the year 2009.
a.) [Specifically,] “Rusty Armstrong” may find this Physician’s “bedside manner” to be somewhat “caustic and abrasive” [as follows.]
i.) “Rusty Armstrong” recalls stating to this Physician, “I am worried about my blood!”. Then, this Physician replies to “Rusty Armstrong”, “Your blood is fine!”
ii.) [Next,] “Rusty Armstrong” recalls this Physician mentioning that “bad hygiene” is the reason for his (or “Rusty Armstrong’s”) leg wound(s). Or, to quote Lynda Dawn [Stirling] Armstrong20, “Cleanliness is next to godliness.”
iii.) Now, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls this Physician telling him that “You will never get anywhere with this unless you start doing things on your own.”
14. While admitted in the Bellevue Hospital Center (in New York, New York), “Rusty Armstrong” recalls being examined by three Physicians on Monday, the 09th day in the month of February in the year 2009.
a.) Further, “Rusty Armstrong” does not recall the first Physician’s name. However, “Rusty Armstrong” identifies the second Physician in Paragraph 25.) of this Declaration [or identifies the second Physician in Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) B.) 12.] and identifies the third Physician in Paragraph 26.) of this Declaration [or identifies the third Physician in Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) B.) 13.].
b.) Now, the first Physician instructs “Rusty Armstrong” to “Go to the shower and wash your leg wounds with this surgical sponge” around the time that the hospital serves breakfast. Then, “Rusty Armstrong” fails to comply with this Physician’s directive.
c.) Next, a short while latter, the second Physician removes the bandage from “Rusty Armstrong’s” left leg wound (the wound begins to bleed as the bandage is being removed) and subsequently instructs “Rusty Armstrong” to “Go to the shower and wash your leg wounds with this surgical sponge.” Then, “Rusty Armstrong” goes to the shower room, does “not feel well enough to take a shower,” and subsequently returns to his hospital bed.
d.) Latter in the day (perhaps late in the afternoon), the third Physician asks “Rusty Armstrong” if he (or “Rusty Armstrong”) goes to the “shower” and washes his leg wounds with a surgical sponge. Then, “Rusty Armstrong” tells the Physician that he (or “Rusty Armstrong”) refuses to comply with this directive.
e.) At this juncture, the third Physician “washes and bandages” “Rusty Armstrong’s” left leg wound at his (or “Rusty Armstrong’s”) hospital bed. Moreover, “Rusty Armstrong” experiences “Severe Pain” (on and around the wound) when the third Physician is using the surgical sponge to wash the left leg wound.
f.) In summary, “Rusty Armstrong” is not a Physician (or a Lawyer), nor does he have a “college degree.” However, common sense seems to dictate that a Physician does not send his (or her) patient to a hospital “community shower” with infected wounds on their body [i.e., to wash the wound with a surgical sponge]. Moreover, common sense seems to dictate that a Physician does not send his (or her) patient to a hospital “community shower” with a bleeding wound if the patient has one (or more21) human pathogens in their bloodstream [i.e., to wash the wound with a surgical sponge].
6.) Next, in the third example of what appears (to “Rusty Armstrong”) to be an ongoing effort to cover-up “The Keystone Cops”, the “Liar’s Alliance” may conspire to steal two items of (expensive) jewelry from “Rusty Armstrong” (and at least one item of [expensive] jewelry from “Gizmo” and “Cookie”) as follows.
A.) To be continued - 09/19/2009
7.) Next, in the fourth example of what appears (to “Rusty Armstrong”) to be an ongoing effort to cover-up “The Keystone Cops”, the “Liar’s Alliance” may conspire to prematurely deteriorate “Rusty Armstrong’s” overall (human body) health as follows.22
A.) During his review of the “Medical Records” that he receives from Bellevue Hospital Center (in New York, New York) on the 13th day in the month of March in the year 2009, “Rusty Armstrong” determines that he may have a problem with one (or perhaps both) of his “Lungs” as follows.
1. [First,] Bellevue Hospital Center => Radiology Department => MRN-V # 3283488-1 => DOS: 04 February 2009 at 1421 hours => Chest DX => Chest PA and Left Lateral Views: No prior radiographs are available for comparison. There are nonspecific changes mainly in lower lungs and mainly on the right which are difficult to evaluate. Some of the densities have the appearance of atelectasis and other densities suggests possible airway or lung parenchymal disease. Clinical correlation is advised. The cardiomediastinal structures all within normal limits. [Read and verified by Elliott R. Beranbaum, M.D. on 02/04/2009]
a.) [“Rusty Armstrong” does not recall a Physician making any kind of statement to him about the overall health of his “Lungs” during his hospitalization. Moreover, Bellevue Hospital Center did not schedule “Rusty Armstrong” for an appointment at the Hospital Ambulatory Care Center “335 - Medicine Clinic” prior to his discharge from the hospital on the 11th day in the month of February in the year 2009.]
2. [Next,] “Rusty Armstrong” recalls Dr. Coupet (at the Bellevue Shelter Medical Department)[23] asking him if Bellevue Hospital Center takes X-Rays during his hospitalization.
3. [Next,] Mosby’s Medical Dictionary (8th Edition) defines Tachypena as “An abnormally rapid rate of breathing (more than 20 breaths per minute in adults).”
4. [Next,] the Bellevue Hospital Center => Chart Review Print => Visit Number: 3283488-1 => Unscheduled Discharge Instructions by Nursing => Event Time: Wednesday, 11 February 2009 at 0919 hours states that “Rusty Armstrong’s” “BP” is “113/75 mm Hg,” “Rusty Armstrong’s” “Pulse” is “78 bpm,” and “Rusty Armstrong’s” “Resp” is “20.”
5. [Or, ‘Frozen In Time!’]
B.) During his appointment with Dr. Coupet[23] on the 13th day in the month of February in the year 2009 [refer to the “content” of Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) B.) x.], “Rusty Armstrong” is instructed to return to the Bellevue Shelter Medical Department [in New York, New York] on Saturday (the 14th day in the month of February) to have the on duty Clinician look at his (or “Rusty Armstrong’s”) left and right leg (burn) wounds.
1. Further, during his appointment with the Clinician on Saturday, she (or the Clinician) checks “Rusty Armstrong’s” Glucose Level and obtains a result of 134 (mg/dL ?).
2. Now, the Clinician gives to “Rusty Armstrong” a “Diabetic Diet Authorization Form” to give the Shelter Food Service Coordinator in Room # 3C-01.
3. NOTE: Refer to Bellevue Hospital Center [in New York, New York] Glucose Level Capillary by Glucometer POC for Event Time: Thu, 05 Feb 09 1050 (Glucose: 154 mg/dL), Event Time: Thu, 05 Feb 09 1800 (Glucose: 129 mg/dL), Event Time: Thu, 05 Feb 09 2232 (Glucose: 128 mg/dL), and Event Time: Tue, 10 Feb 09 1104 (Glucose: 200 mg/dL). (Visit Number: 3283488-1)
a.) Further, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls receiving an injection of what he suspects to be “insulin” subsequent to the Event Time: Tue, 10 Feb 09 1104 (Glucose: 200 mg/dL) Glucose Level Capillary by Glucometer POC. (Visit Number: 3283488-1)
b.) [“Rusty Armstrong” does not recall a Physician making any kind of statement to him concerning his “Glucose Level” during his hospitalization. Moreover, Bellevue Hospital Center did not schedule “Rusty Armstrong” for an appointment at the Hospital Ambulatory Care Center “335 - Medicine Clinic” prior to his discharge from the hospital on the 11th day in the month of February in the year 2009.]
4. NOTE: “Rusty Armstrong” recalls speaking with two Emeryville (California) Police Officers early in the month of June in the year 2004. During the conversation, one of the Police Officers asks “Rusty Armstrong” where he is “poisoned.” After “Rusty Armstrong” informs this Police Officer that he is “poisoned” in (the State of) Florida, the Police Officer replies (to “Rusty Armstrong”), “Then that is where the crime occurred. We can’t do anything for you here.”[24]
C.) To be continued - 09/30/2009 rbc/hgb/hct
D.) To be continued - 10/01/2009 body temperature @ 97.5 degrees F
8.) To be continued - 09/29/2009 happy birthday little christina
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.) Moreover, “Rusty Armstrong” resists the attempt to steal his organizer brief (or a computer case with a shoulder strap) thus resulting in a strong “Tug of War” with the thief. Subsequently, the thief releases his hold on the bag’s shoulder strap and leaves the area without the organizer brief.a.) When the thief releases his hold on the bag’s shoulder strap, “Rusty Armstrong” looses his balance and falls hard to the ground, thus injuring his right Shoulder, his right Rib Cage, and his right Thigh.2.) Now, “Rusty Armstrong” does not make an attempt to file a “Police Report” with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department with regard to this incident nor does he inform “Security” at the “Open Door” of the attempted theft of his personal property.
A.) After returning to the “Open Door”, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls an employee of the Drop In Center (First Name: Stanley) telling him, “If you care about your bag and its contents, then make sure that you file a Police Report.”B.) When the “Police” still do not respond to the crime scene, “Rusty Armstrong” returns to the Port Authority Bus Terminal Police Station. Now, the “Police Officer” that “Rusty Armstrong” speaks with (the same “Police Officer” that “Rusty Armstrong” speaks with approximately one half-hour earlier) offers to take him (or “Rusty Armstrong”) to the hospital{a} and also directs him (or “Rusty Armstrong”) to a second “Police Officer” at the Police Station.1.) Further, this second “Police Officer” gives to “Rusty Armstrong” the address and the telephone number for the xx nd (22 ?) Precinct (New York Police Department ?).{b}C.) In summary, “Rusty Armstrong” places the address for the xx nd (22 ?) Precinct (New York Police Department ?) in one of his coat pockets. Further, “Rusty Armstrong” leaves this coat at the Institute for Family Health (or the Phillips Family Practice at the address 16 East 16th Street in New York, New York) when the FDNY transports “Rusty Armstrong” to the Beth Israel Medical Center [or, refer to the “content” of Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) A.)].1.) As such, “Rusty Armstrong” returns to the Port Authority Bus Terminal Police Station early in the month of March in the year 2009 and requests the address for the xx nd (22 ?) Precinct (New York Police Department ?) so that he may file a “Police Report”. The “Police Officer” that “Rusty Armstrong” speaks with informs him that to much time has gone by to file a “Police Report” with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department and that he (or the “Police Officer”) does not recall giving an address for the xx nd (22 ?) Precinct (New York Police Department ?) to “Rusty Armstrong.” Moreover, this “Police Officer” advises “Rusty Armstrong” “not to do anything right now.”{a} Pursuant to the advice of legal counsel, “Rusty Armstrong” declines this “Police Officer’s” offer to transport him to the hospital.NOTE: (Most likely) In the month of June in the year 2004, “Rusty Armstrong” recalls his half-sister (or Mary Sue [Armstrong] Trohaugh) mentioning to him (during a telephone conversation), “If you end up in a Hospital Emergency Room, then make sure that you have a Lawyer present.”{b} “Rusty Armstrong” does not attempt to contact the xx nd (22 ?) Precinct (New York Police Department ?) because he is not feeling well, i.e., blisters on both feet, (burn) wounds on both legs between the knee and the ankle, infestation with at least two different species of “Bugs”, numerous “Bug Bites” covering most of his body, and pain (sometimes severe) in the left Rib Cage area of his body.
The “content” of Internet Site Homepage Paragraph Number 5.) A.) and 5.) B.) is an excerpt from the “Declaration of Charles Henry Armstrong, Jr. [NYPL 01].” Further, Charles Henry Armstrong, Jr. signs (and executes) the “Declaration of Charles Henry Armstrong, Jr. [NYPL 01]” on the 22nd day in the month of May in the year 2009 at the City of New York, the County of New York, and the State of New York.
